Ingredients are not included—families shop for their own groceries, and we highly recommend that you include your child in this process! We send a short (10 items or fewer) shopping list in a Google Doc that you can view from your phone or print. This keeps costs lower, reduces waste, ensures freshness, and gives kids the critical learning experience of participating in grocery shopping!

Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial so your child can experience the fun firsthand before you decide on a plan. During that time, you can join a live class or watch any of the recorded classes in the video library.
