In this 2-hour hands-on cooking class, students will learn how to make and roll their own sushi! Everybody will be able to customize and create their perfect dream rolls.

What to Expect

Chef Mark will lead the kids in a hands-on cooking class that includes kitchen safety lessons, reading and understanding a recipe, knife work, and assembly of personalized sushi rolls. This is a space where campers can learn, create, taste, and grow.

  • Welcome (4:00 PM)

  • Group discussion (10 min)

  • Safety lesson (5 min)

  • Introduction to our recipes (5 min)

  • Chef Mark demonstration (10 min)

  • Workstation setup (5 min)

  • Individual & group cooking (60 min)

  • Serving and eating our food (25 min)

  • Pick-up (6:00 PM)
